    Service BDC Representative

     

    The mission of this position is to contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by providing high-level phone skills to engage customers and create selling opportunities for the Service departments.

    Responsibilities

    Effectively and Efficiently Contributes to a Profitable and Successful Business Unit:

    • Fields inbound and makes outbound phone calls on a daily basis for the purpose of promoting RUSNAK service, promotions, and products to gain new growth for the Service Business.
    • Generates service appointments for franchises to promote greater revenue for each franchise.
    • Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Company’s customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.
    • Effectively manages special tasks as assigned by the BDC Service Manager to contribute to overall team success of the team, department and organization.
    • Partners with franchises to understand their clientele, client’s expectations, and their brand-specific needs.
    • Provides daily, monthly and quarterly progress updates to BDC Service Manager; maintains manager informed on all customer and personal concerns.
    • Adapts to changing needs of BDC campaigns by given deadline.
    • Correctly applies any applicable scripts within 24 hours of being provided by management.
    • Communicates effectively with service customers within established time frames.
    • When completing outbound prospecting calls; encourages the customer to visit the dealership and service their vehicle by scheduling service appt.

    Qualifications

    • Experience Desired: A minimum of 1 year in position of customer service representative or similar positions in a call center environment.
    • Required: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; desired retail related experience.
    • Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or other language is ideal).
