We are seeking a Retention Coordinator. This position contributes to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by managing dealership retention and service portfolio. Effectively and efficiently handling client inquires, and working with the team to build up used car acquisition along with new car opportunities.

Responsibilities

Effectively and Efficiently Handle Vehicle Acquisitions:

  • Consistently Meets or Exceeds Client Retention Objectives as set by Management.
  • Source clients by accessing system and evaluating potential opportunities of clients that could generate a trade-in sale.
  • Generate sales lead; make contact with clients that have the possibility to exchange their vehicles, assess their current needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Set appointment with trade-in clients for trade evaluation
  • Solicit dealership purchase of client’s vehicle if client has no interest in another vehicle.
  • Follow up with clients after their visit to assess their experience, thank them and invite them back to RUSNAK for their next purchase.
  • Evaluate service contract sales opportunities by accessing system to determine clients who are nearing the end of their factory warranty by time or mileage with the goal of trading up

 

KRA: Consistently Meets or Exceeds Sales Objectives for Sales and Service Follow Up:

  • Proactively works with the Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and/or General Manager to develop action plans to immediately correct performance in order to consistently meet and exceed sales goals; attends and actively participates in all sales meetings.
  • Promptly and professionally greets, and offers assistance or direction to, all Clients that enter the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Consistently ensures that a member of the sales management team has the opportunity to meet each Client.
  • Consistently remains engaged with management, fellow team members, and processes, to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external Clients.
  • Adheres to the Company requirements for fully and effectively utilizing the Customer Relationship
  • Management (CRM) tool; maintains a Client follow up system that encourages repeat and referral
    business and contributes to Client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Desired: Minimum of 2 years in position of retention sales or similar positions in Sales, Hospitality or industries.
  • Required H.S. Diploma/GED/ or Equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 2 years retail related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle
    driving record.
  • Required: Current California Sales License.

Valid CA Driver License, Valid CA Sales License
