Overview

 The mission of this position is to contribute to the success of Paul Rusnak Management (PRM)/Rusnak Group (the Company) by guaranteeing that the highest ethical standards and legal compliance in finance transactions are upheld, while achieving individual and franchise sales objectives in the strategic plan

Responsibilities

KRA: Effectively and Efficiently Assists in Managing F&I Processes and Ensuring Legal Compliance

  • Maintains active knowledge of all current and pending state and federal legal compliance guidelines
  • Ensures compliance with Company, local, state, and federal regulations that affect the sale of new and used vehicles.
  • Ensures all documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner while consistently protecting Client information.
  • Provides Client with full disclosure and validates Clients expectations.
  • Conducts all business in an ethical and professional manner.

 

 KRA: Effectively and Efficiently Ensures Integrity of All Dealer Transactions

  • Ensures that all transactions are completed in a manner that ensures all written and verbal representations are accurate and as intended.
  • Prior to delivery, verifies all aspects of the Sales Department’s deal structure, such as, but not limited to, rate, residual, advance, and term; ensures that Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is accurate.
  • Prior to delivery, carefully and consistently reviews customer’s credit profile to ensure our ability to secure a lending source at or below the rate being offered to the Client.
  • Before forwarding to administration, carefully and consistently checks all paperwork for correct information such as, but not limited to, title, lien information, and taxes.
  • Verifies payoff information on all trade-ins. Verifies proper insurance coverage on all Sales Department’s deals.

  • Maintains a strong “Client-Centric” vision and utilizes “The Rusnak Standard,” best core practices, as well as professional and exemplary service to provide every internal and external Client with an extraordinary experience during every encounter.
  • Actively listens and communicates, verbally and in writing, in a courteous, professional, clear, concise, and correct manner to identify Client needs beyond expressed concerns.
  • Responds in a timely, courteous, and professional manner with a “consultative, value-added” approach to secure Client understanding and develop a stronger business relationship and future business.

KRA:  Ensures Safe Work Environment

  • Accepts individual responsibility and accountability for complying with the Company Health and Safety (H&S) processes within personal control; performs duties in a way that will not cause personal danger, endanger other individuals, or violate local, state, federal, environmental regulations.
  • Promptly corrects or reports any hazard or potential hazard to supervision; wears personal protective equipment, where required; ensures work location is kept safe, neat, organized, effective, and inviting.

Qualifications

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent;
  • At least eighteen (25) years of age.
  • Current California Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • Maintains a current vehicle salesperson’s license.
