Our Porsche Westlake dealership in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Porsche Boutique ConsultantThis is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Group by providing exceptional customer service, overseeing boutique and café operations, providing support and assistance with inventory management, and maintaining overall knowledge of the brand, store, and merchandise to achieve individual and departmental sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Consistently Meets or Exceeds Parts Sales Objectives:

  • Develops, implements, monitors, and adjusts sales goals (financial and volumes) with Parts management to achieve personal and Company sales objectives; reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to plan more effectively in the future.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds the goal of satisfying the parts and automobile customization needs of our Clients.
  • Proactively works with the Parts Manager, and/or General Manager to develop action plans to immediately correct performance in order to consistently meet and exceed Parts sales goals.
  • Promptly and professionally greets, and offers assistance or direction to, all Clients that enter the dealership service drive to work with a Sales Service Advisor as well as those customers entering the parts department and boutique store.
  • Consistently assists each Client with selecting necessary parts, custom products or upgrades, by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and matching their expectations with our products by fully explaining product performance, application, benefits, and additional beneficial equipment and/or parts.
  • Knows, understands, and strictly follows all Company, local, state, and federal, policies, rules, and  regulations regarding Parts sales.
  • Consistently ensures that all Parts sales orders are completed and paperwork is processed in accordance with established Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that the Client fully understands the Parts features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Consistently remains engaged with management, fellow Parts team members, and processes, to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external Clients.
  • Maintains a Client follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to Client satisfaction.

Effectively and Efficiently Maintains Client Engagement Tools and Parts Inventory:

  • Knows, understands, and maintains education and training as to manufacturer parts updates.
  • Regularly takes photos of parts, customization equipment, etc. in preparation to present to Clients.
  • Prepares specific examples of vehicle customization to provide Clients with insight as to possible modifications for their vehicles.
  • Maintains an effective, organized inventory system for parts, equipment, and boutique to ensure an adequate supply; conducts all necessary ordering with manufacturer to maintain stock.
  • Initiates and follows-up on Client orders to ensure Client is kept up to date on the status of their order.

Effectively and Efficiently Provides Key Support in Daily Boutique Operations

  • Works at the direction of the Parts Manager to implement new displays, inventory methods, etc.
  • Tracks the monthly needs of the boutique to ensure seasonal stocking is complete.
  • Aids the Parts Department in providing direction and phone coverage.
  • Provides general Parts department assistant as needed, as directed by the Parts Manager.

Effectively and Efficiently Provides Key Support in Daily Café Operations

  • Promptly provides support and assistance to clients in the café area in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Tracks the needs of the café to ensure all areas are properly stocked and displayed at all times.
  • Maintains the display of Food, Beverages, and Supplies; ensuring quality control of all items.
  • Coordinates with Vendors to ensure Food, Beverages, and Supplies are properly stocked at all times.
  • Maintains the overall cleanliness of the café area, coffee machine, dishware, food display etc.
  • Maintains and cleans the coffee machine in a scheduled manner as instructed by the Vendor.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 1 years in position of Parts Sales Consultant or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality Industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 2 years retail related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin or other language is an asset in this position).
