Porsche Pasadena is seeking a high-performing, experienced Parts Manager to lead one of the most active and established parts departments in Southern California.
This position is suited for a proven leader currently operating at a high level within a European luxury dealership environment. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of Parts Manager experience, along with a demonstrated track record of driving departmental performance, profitability, and team leadership.
We are looking for an individual who understands how to operate in a high-volume setting, take full ownership of the department, and consistently deliver results while maintaining the standards expected of the Porsche brand.
